Savasana or Corpse Pose is the final pose in yoga class that brings deep relaxation and allows your body to soak up all of the benefits it has received in class. In this workshop you will learn a better understanding of Savasana by using adjustment techniques and props such as blankets and bolsters, as well as ways to bring more awareness to your mind and body. The workshop will begin with a light practice followed by Savasana where you will receive all of the adjustments we will learn about during the workshop. Leave with a sense of calm ease and the knowledge to help you achieve a fulfilling Savasana home practice!
