In this workshop you will learn a better understanding of how stress affects our physical bodies. We will evaluate the stressors in our lives and learn simple yoga restorative postures and breathing techniques that greatly reduce stress’s impact on our health. The workshop will include both a light practice, discussion and be followed by Savasana (Corpse Pose) where you will receive all of the adjustments we will learn about during the workshop. Leave with a sense of calm ease and the knowledge to help you manage the stress of daily life!
