After School Yoga!

Calling all kids ages 6-12!

Come join us for some mindfulness and fun! Our 4 week session will combine yoga poses and games, group activities, relaxation time, and more! Learning at a young age how to be mindful, nurture yourself, and move in a healthy way will benefit you your whole life!

3:45 to 4:45 pm

Payment is due on the first day of class, February 5th.
